The Uppsala Conflict Database is a free resource
of information on armed conflicts of the world. Here you will find
information on the warring parties that have been active, the negotiations
that have taken place and the peace agreements that have been signed.
The project records all armed conflicts following the definitions
of Uppsala Conflict Data Program. All variables in the database follow
strict definitions presented in the codebook.
At the moment the database includes 124 armed conflicts in the period
1989-2007. The database is updated on a yearly basis. |
