On 18 March, Karin Johansson successfully defended her dissertation Raising the Costs or Lowering the Bar: International Influences on Conflict-Related Sexual Violence. Faculty opponent at the defense was Associate Professor Jessica Stanton, Associate Professor of Political Science at the Temple University. Associate Professor Anders Themnér chaired the event.
