New course in Mindfulness
2022-09-14
The evidence-based course Mindfulness-Based Stress Management will be offered at Uppsala University for the first time. The course is a collaboration between The Department of Peace and Conflict Research and SWEDESD - Sustainability Learning and Research Center at Department of Women's and Children's Health.
Participants will learn to use mindfulness as an evidence-based tool for stress management, well-being, and health in their personal and professional life. It is open to all Masters and PhD students at the university. Karen Brounéus, Associate Professor at our Department, is the teacher.
